Air Fryer Recommendations
If you are looking to purchase an air fryer, there are 3 different air fryers I would recommend. On the less expensive side, I like the Gourmia Air Fryer, for mid-priced I love the Philips Air Fryer, and if you are looking for a higher end air fryer that toasts, bakes, broils, dehydrates and air fries food plus more, then I suggest the Breville Smart Oven… I use it daily instead of my oven for the most part.

Air Fryer Salmon: FAQS
Salmon filets, avocado oil, Old Bay Seasoning, kosher salt and black pepper. You will also need an Air Fryer.
Once allowed to cool completely, this salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can also freeze it in an airtight, freezer safe container for up to 3 months.
Yes, feel free to use olive oil or canola oil. As long as the oile has a high burn point, you can use any type of oil you like. I like to use avocado oil for the nutritional benefits, plus it tastes amazing!
Fo a fillet that is about 1 inch thick, it will take 6-8 minutes. If you salmon fillets are thicker, add a couple more minutes to the cooking time. The internal temperature of the salmon should be at least 145°F according to the FDA. You can check the internal temperature of you salmon by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the salmon.
I add the lemons to help prevent the skin from sticking to the air fryer grates. It makes removing the salmon from the air fryer much easier and adds tremendous flavor!

wild salmon says
I think it's really clever the have the lemon slices underneath the salmon in the air fryer. Fresh, wild salmon (https://qualityseafooddelivery.com/salmon/sockeye/) has a great fat content which keeps the salmon extra fluffy even after frying it. Would highly recommend trying it out.
