This breakfast casserole will serve a crowd, and is great for holidays and brunch!
My family loves a breakfast casserole more than just about anything! I love them because they are easy to make and will always feed a crowd. This easy breakfast recipe combines my love for french toast and cinnamon rolls in the best way ever. It also means less mess and stress for me when I don't have to make tons of individual pieces of french toast...which usually starts off good, but always ends up with me burning a few pieces in the end. We make this yummy casserole on weekends at the lake to eat over a couple of days or in one day when we have guests, for just about every holiday and for brunches too...it's quite delicious with a mimosa ;)
