There's nothing quite like a meal that includes fried or roasted potatoes, and these easy air fryer potatoes are the perfect, quick healthy alternative to fried potatoes! They are cooked to perfection with nice crispy edges and are full of flavor too!
As a kid, I think my most requested food to eat would have been fried potatoes...preferably with white sausage gravy, but that's a whole other story. Since fried potatoes and gravy isn't the most healthy option, I had to find an alternative as an adult. These air fryer potatoes may not be smothered in gravy, but they are full of flavor and cook to perfection each and every time. They are also ridiculously easy to make and you don't have to babysit them while they are on the stove like you do fried potatoes. I promise, you will LOVE them!

AIR FRYER RECOMMENDATIONS
This post contains affiliate links, which means if you make a purchase using one of my links, I will receive a small commission.
If you are looking to purchase an air fryer, there are 3 different air fryers I would recommend. On the less expensive side, I like the Gourmia Air Fryer, for mid-priced I love the Philips Air Fryer, and if you are looking for a higher end air fryer that toasts, bakes, broils, dehydrates and air fries food plus more, then I suggest the Breville Smart Oven… I use it daily instead of my oven for the most part.

Hi Jessica:
If I could give this a 10, I'd probably want to give it an 11!
I've made these twice now and my husband says he loves them and so do I. Made enough for leftovers for today!
My sister just brought us freshly dug potatoes from their garden - what a wonderful way to have them
Thank you so much for this recipe.
