Create a Coffee Bar For Overnight Guests ~ Simple Idea!

We have had several overnight visitors this summer and we absolutely love it! When overnight guests come, we really try to make them feel at home. One of the things I love to do is set up a serve yourself coffee bar so that when guests wake up, they can serve themselves. Everyone seems to take their coffee differently, so I like to set out a variety of creamers and also put everything in one place.

I love flavored coffee creamers, and can quickly turn into a monster if I don’t have any to add to my coffee. Sad, but so true. For my coffee bar, I like to offer 2-3 different flavor options, International Delight in Sugar Free French Vanilla, Fat Free Caramel Macchiato and Almond Joy (which is my current fave!).

Instead of leaving out the plastic creamer containers, I like to put them in small glass containers and label them with chalkboard tags…I think it just looks a little more polished that way. I also leave out some coffee mugs, spoons, sugar and coffee pods so guests don’t have to go looking for them if I’m not in the kitchen.

It really makes it easy to serve yourself and enjoy your morning at your own pace :)

I think it makes our guests feel a little more special, and it definitely takes a little pressure off of me…I can enjoy the company of our guests instead of spending the morning getting everyone’s coffee ready…win, win!

I absolutely love my International Delight! There are so many flavors to choose from and many come in either Fat Free or Sugar Free options! I love that I can change up my coffee flavor daily instead of having the same old thing every single day!
