This easy Watermelon Vodka Fizz cocktail will be your new summer go to drink! It's so fresh and delicious!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 ounces of vodka
- 2 ounces of fresh pureed watermelon
- 1 ounce of simple syrup (we always use this Homemade Simple Syrup)
- 2 ounces of club soda
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add vodka, pureed watermelon and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Strain mixture over ice.
- Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint. (optional)
