I am a bath loving fool. No matter what is going on in my life, a hot bath is my cure all! If I've had a rough day, I don't feel well, my back hurts, or I'm just ready to unwind a little, that's where you will find me...in the bathtub. Since I love bathing so much, I am constantly trying to improve the experience. I love making my own bath salts! I've made Lavender Bath Salts many times, but decided I would try something new. I've heard that you can add another ingredient that will actual help your body detox. So, I'm all in for that! Today I want to share my new favorite Rosemary Lemon Bath Salts for detoxing and soaking! And...you will only need to add one household item that you probably already have to kick your regular bath salts up a notch! You are welcome!
You will need Rosemary Essential Oil, Lemon Essential Oil, Epsom Salts, and Baking Soda.
To a large bowl, add 1 Cup of Epsom Salts.
Now add ½ Cup of Baking Soda.
Add 10 Drops of Rosemary Essential Oil.
Now add 10 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil.
Mix well with a whisk!
Store them in a pretty container with a scoop in your bathroom! You can check out the bathroom makeover HERE!
Simply add about ¼ Cup to your bath, and feel your body unwind! The lemon and rosemary oils will help relax you, as well as open your pores and tone your skin while the salts will help relax your muscles and the baking soda will help cleanse your open pores! This is abosulety, hands down my favorite mix yet!
