- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Package of Cream Cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/4 Cup of Solid Packed Pumpkin
- 1/4 Cup of Pineapple Preserves
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Allspice
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 1 Pretzel Rod
Instructions
- Mix the cheeses, pumpkin, and spices thoroughly in a bowl. Cover and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Lay cheese mixture in the middle of a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a circle or pumpkin shape. Use a knife to score lines all around the "pumpkin". Poke a pretzel rod into the middle, and serve with the cracker of your choice!
