    Make a Washi Tape Pumpkin

    by Jessica 12 Comments

Washi Tape Pumpkins from Mom4Real.comWe have about a gazillion mini pumpkins in our home...Kate and I have a slight obsession with them.  They are just so cute, but they all look the same!  Well, my friend Shannon from Fox Hollow Cottage recently made some No Carve Washi Tape Pumpkins, and we fell in love with them!  She used some cute round pumpkins and hers are sooo glam!  Kate and I decided to do ours a bit differently, so make sure to go check hers out!  Here is our step by step tutorial on making a washi tape pumpkin...

Washi Tape and PumpkinWe started with a few mini pumpkins and our collection of washi tape.

Make a Washi Tape PumpkinPull the tape out just a bit and start at the stem.

Make a Washi Tape Pumpkin Step 2Pull the tape from the stem all the way down to the bottom, pressing the tape as flat as you can.

Make a Washi Tape Pumpkin Step 3Continue all the way around and smooth out once you get to the end.  No perfection necessary...these are supposed to be fun!

Washi Tape Pumpkins at mom4real.comWe made several and placed them on the mantel and in various spots around our home...Kate even took some upstairs for her American Girls, and made a couple to take to her teachers!  They are seriously so easy to make and so fun too!

Aqua Washi Tape PumpkinOf course, the aqua one is my favorite!

So…what do you think?  I’d love for you to tell me below what your thoughts are and ask questions if you have them.  I want to hear what you have to say!
