A few weeks ago, my sweet Kate turned 10...yep, I feel old. Her school has adopted a no sweets on birthdays policy, but we still wanted to send in a treat for her class. We decided to make bottled waters label wraps with straws and a drink mix so the kiddos could enjoy their treats at recess! We also made some wrapped water bottles with striped paper straws from Pick Your Plum for her birthday party. I love the way they turned out...it was a super inexpensive way to add a fun touch to her party, and you can do it too! Simply print out the printable below on regular printer. Once they are printed, cut them out...I cheated and used a paper cutter. Wrap them around the water bottles, and secure the ends using a glue stick or tape.
For her birthday party, we simply attached a striped paper straw with some washi tape.
Since she has nearly 60 kiddos in her classes, we opted for the less expensive plastic straws and packets of drink mixes attached with washi tape!
Don't they look fun? Kate said her classmates absolutely loved them!!!

I hope these come in handy for your little girl's birthday! Coming soon...water bottle wrappers for boys!
