These free printable cleaning labels will take your DIY and homemade cleaning solutions to the next level! You can print these cleaning labels out and place them on all of your cleaning sprays and containers too. They’ll not only make them pretty, but help you keep track of what is in your spray bottles and containers. I’ve even included some blank labels so you can use them for other things as well!

This post contains affiliate links for some of the items that I get asked about. That just means that if you purchase them here, then I get a small commission.

If you are a long time reader here, then you know that I love to make my own cleaning solutions, laundry formulas and share my home tips, which you can find on my Cleaning/Home Tips Page HERE! I love making my own cleaners, but sometimes it seems like they all look alike, which is not a good thing. I definitely need to be able to tell which cleaner I’m using, right? I’ve been wanting to design some pretty labels to go on all of my bottles, jars and other containers, but I really stink at graphic design. So, I asked my friend Diana from The Girl Creative to help me out. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she whipped up the CUTEST labels you’ve ever seen, and now you can print them out too!

I love that everything I make has a label now. Here is an example of what one of the labels looks like on my Homemade Carpet Deodorizing Powder…perfection, right?

You can adhere them to your bottles and jars in several different ways. I like to use contact paper over top of mine so they don’t ruin if they get wet. You could also use spray adhesive, scotch tape or print them on adhesive label paper.

There are 4 sheets of pre-named labels and an extra sheet with blank labels so you can use them for other things as well.

I’ve been getting tons of questions about the containers I use, so you can find the Clear Spray Bottles HERE and the Clear Glass Jars HERE

How do you print out on contact paper as you suggested? Thank you!

Hi, Pamela! I don’t print out the contact paper. I just print the labels on paper then cut some contact paper to fit over them and adhere them to the containers. Hope this helps! ~Jess

I don’t know if this works. My idea is to put the label on the bottle, put masking tape all around the edge to protect the bottle & spread a layer of silicon ( like you use to seal sinks etc) on it with a credit card. Hopefully that would make it stick & save it from water & oils. It might be a bit messy but you wouldn’t need a lot of silicon altogether. Hope someone tries this. Btw love this site & love the tips. When I get myself sorted I am going to try the homemade cleaners. Thank you.

Also remove the masking tape before it dries.

I must be doing something wrong. I mixed the ing. for the toilet bombs and pressed it into an ice cube tray. As they sit they begin to inflate, grow, whatever. I’s this right?

Hi, Carla! This is absolutely normal. They will expand. Let them expand for a bit, remove the extra to fill another tray. The expanding happens when the vinegar and baking soda work together.
