I love receiving handmade gifts during the holiday season! There is nothing better than knowing that someone took the time to make you a gift that comes from their heart. Each year, my kids and I get together to make gifts for their teachers, our neighbors, friends and family. This year, we are making them each a Christmas Tree Door Hanger with their family name at the bottom along with the year!
Supplies:
Step one - Cut out scrapbook paper to fit each layer of the tree and glue on using Elmer's School Glue.
Step two - Apply a thin coat of Elmer's School Glue over the top of you paper strips to seal them.
Step three - Use your Elmer's Board Markers to color the sides of the Christmas tree.
Step four - Use your Elmer's Glue Pen to write a message or family name on the bottom layer of the tree.
You Christmas Tree is ready for hanging! These little trees are perfect for kids to make and give as gifts to friends, family and teachers too!
This project is featured in Elmer's new Handmade Holiday eBook, along with some other amazing Holiday craft ideas and tips for gifting and crafting this season! The eBook is available for free when you sign up for Elmer's Parent's Club which is also free!
I'd love it if you shared any creations you make from the eBook or your very own crafts, memories and traditions on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #ElmersHandmadeHoliday! I'll be sharing some of them on my Instagram throughout the Holiday season!
Happy Crafting and Happy Holidays Too!
