In our home, we have a real love for artichokes...we steam them, stuff them, eat them from the jar, and love to incorporate them into some of our favorite recipes! I even eat them on my pizza! Today, I want to share one of the most delicious ways to use artichokes and share a Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe with you! My friends at KRAFT allowed me to share there recipe and step by step instructions with you...you can find the original recipe HERE!
I am making this for our annual Christmas Eve party, then again for the big game in February! It's so delicious and super simple to make...let me tell you how we made ours!
You only need 4 ingredients...KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, canned artichoke hearts and minced garlic. You simply chop the artichoke hearts, mince one clove of garlic, then add the parm and Mayo in a large bowl and stir together.
I grabbed my supplies at Walmart and woohoo they were so inexpensive!
Once I had my ingredients mixed together, I placed them in a casserole dish and baked it for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
It came out of the oven perfectly gooey and dippable! I grabbed some pita chips and gave it a little test! I'm not quite sure I want to share...it's sinfully good!

My husband and I devoured this yesterday. Neither of us like Artichokes, however this dip transforms them into pure deliciousness. I added 3/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan and 3/4 cup grated Mozzarella, and black pepper. OH MY, OH MY, Delicious.
Thank you for sharing this recipe Jessica. I will always have a can of Artichoke Hearts in my pantry now.
Hope you and your family are staying safe during this Corona scare.
