Recently, I signed up for Handmade Gift Exchange @ Craftaholics Anonymous. At first, I thought about making my exchange partner something “Christmas”, but then decided I would rather make something she could use year round! So, after consulting her on her favorite colors, I decided to make her a picture frame turned into a dry erase board. I have made these for myself and some friends…you can check out my Make Your Own Dry Erase Board tutorial here. They are super easy to make…all you need is an old (or new) picture frame, some scrapbooking paper, and whatever else you would like to add to your frame! Ally loves turquoise, so I thought this paisley paper would work perfectly…I just added some ribbon, cut out her name using my Cricut, then popped them behind the glass and hot glued some paper flowers to the frame! Hope she loves it! I also made a flower hair clip for her sweet little girl. You can find my How to Make a Flower Hairclip tutorial here.
A HUGE thanks to Linda @ Craftaholics Anonymous for hosting! It was loads of fun, and I can’t wait to see what Ally made for me!
Okay, now I have a HUGE favor to ask!
