Easy Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders

Easy Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders Made In a Crock Pot or Slow Cooker ( Barbecue ) at mom4real.com One of our family’s favorite meals is BBQ sliders!  They would seriously eat them every day if I let them, and it’s one of the few things I make that someone doesn’t turn their nose up at.  I love crock pot recipes, and this is my favorite of them all…it is too easy…like sinfully easy!  Here is how I make my crock pot pulled pork barbecue sliders…

Make Pulled Pork Barbeque in Your Crock Pot I start with two pork tenderloins.  I try to make enough for dinner that night, leftovers for the next day, and enough to freeze for a future meal…yep, this is freezer friendly!

Cook pork tenderloin in your crock pot to make the best bbq barbecue sliders I place both tenderloins in my crock pot, cover them with water, then add a bit of garlic salt.  Place the lid on, and cook on high for six hours.  Remember this tip…

Every time you open your crock pot you need to add fifteen to twenty minutes to the cooking time

Once it is finished cooking, take it out and pull the pork apart using two forks.  It is honestly so tender that it will just fall apart.

Pulled Pork BBQ from the Crock Pot or Slow Cooker This is how much the two small tenderloins yielded…it makes a ton.  At this point, I put half of it in a freezer safe bag  and place it in the freezer for the next time we want BBQ.
