Halloween Treats in a Bottle – Martha Stewart Crafts

Halloween Candy Treats in a Bottle with Martha Stewart CraftsEach year, Kate and I try to come up with a special Halloween treat for her closest friends.  They call themselves The K Club…Kate, Kendall, Kaitlyn and Karson…they have gone to school together since Kindergarten…cute, huh?  This year, we put together these super cute Halloween Treats in a Bottle for them!  They were so easy to make using some  Martha Stewart Crafts supplies, and a few recycled bottles…

Martha Stewart Halloween Supplies

Last month I received this amazing package full of Halloween craft goodies from Martha Stewart Crafts, and have been dying to use them!  I was amazed at the cardstock, which is so high quality, I almost didn’t want to cut it!  See those black cats up there?  They are velvety!  I mean, you can practically pet them!  The adhesive borders are my absolute favorite, though.  I’m not sure what other people do with them, but I will be wrapping them around water bottles for a special pumpkin decorating party we are having soon!  Can we talk about her punches?  Rock solid!  They are just amazing!!!  Okay…I’ll stop gushing…I get a little excited about craft supplies.  Anyhooo…I laid them all out and grabbed 3 recycled bottles from some store bought frappuccino drinks, and got started.

Trick or Treat SnacksWe wrapped each bottle with some of the adhesives borders.  Like the cardstock, these borders have a 3-D effect…glittery amazingness!  They are self adhesive, so no need for glue or tape.  Simply unwrap them, smooth them around the bottle, then cut off the excess!

Trick or Treat LabelsNext, we used some of the fabulous adhesive tags that were in the cardstock pack.  We used a hole punch so we could tie them to the bottle with ribbon.

Trick or Treat Tag FrontSee how cute?

Trick or Treat Tag BackSince the tags are adhesive, we backed them with some cardstock.

Halloween Treats in a BottleThen we filled the bottles with candy corn…Halloweeny perfection!

Spider topped Halloween Treat BottlesTo finish them off, we added some adhesive sparkly spiders…aren’t they cute, even if they ARE spiders?

Halloween Treat Bottles With Tags with Martha Stewart CraftsI love the way they turned out, and they literally took minutes to make!  I think they would make the perfect teacher gift as well!

So what do you think?  Would you treat someone with these spooktacular Halloween treats in a bottle?  Next week I’ll be using more of these fabulous MSC supplies to spook up my mantel for Halloween!
