Monogrammed Boxwood Wreath (Front Porch Sneak Peek…)

This Christmas, I am all about natural decor.  For the first time ever, I bought real pine garland for my Christmas Mantel and front window (I’ll be showing you that later in the week), and this weekend, I bought a boxwood wreath at Trader Joe’s.  I wanted something simple for our front door.  For years, I have had a huge sparkly wreath with all kinds of glittery picks and sparkly ribbon on our front door, but this year, I just wanted something fresh and green.  I used some floral wire and tied my Wine Cork Monogram K to the wreath, then I took a couple of strips of dropcloth and made a little bow.  I love the way the green and cream pop off of my beachy blue front door, and when the door is open, my Painted Parquet Floors can still be the star of the show!

How are you going to decorate your front door this year?  Are you using any natural elements this year or going full on sparkly like I am in my Breakfast Nook?

Unfortunately we can’t decorate our front door ~ it’s WAY too windy! But I love this style with boxwood. I booked it to my local Trader Joe’s the other day because I saw people on Instagram buying these, but they only had traditional wreaths with pinecones. I’m keeping my fingers crossed, because I’d love to buy about 6 for the inside of our home! Thanks for sharing!
