I’ve been dying to try painting wine bottles for a while, and you know my crazy love for chalkboards, so I thought…why not do both! Why not use chalkboard paint so I can write on them??? So, I married two of my favorite things Wine + Chalkboard Spray Paint = Cutest Vase Ever!!!
Share a bottle of your favorite wine with a friend, or drink it yourself…I won’t judge!
Soak the empty bottle in a sink filled with water and dish liquid.
Peel the label off and scrub the remaining glue off.
Spray paint 2-3 coats of Chalkboard Spray Paint!
You can leave them blank and add candles…
I made a pair to flank my American Flag Pallet Art…
Or, you can write on them and use them in for a party!
I wrote 4th of July on them for the party that I shared at Brassy Apple!
I just love them, and can’t wait to change the messages on mine…I may even make a set for some friends of ours that are getting married! They could totally say Bride and Groom or His and Hers…what do you think?
